In our country the politicians lose their heads constantly(metaphorically). Unless, this is done by real application soon, we are condemned to an overdue revolution 🤣(lol).

Thanks for your comment. History is, like humanity, complex ... neither simple nor black and white [no pun intended]. MANY, Thomas Paine in particular, argued and struggled for justice for all. He thought Native Americans more honorable than many whites and admired them. He never stole an inch of land from anyone and condemned those who did. John Adams never owned a slave. Others did and George Washington stole thousands of acres of first nations' land. The lesson here -- at least to me -- is that it's important to remember the big picture and in its context.
