We are asupposed to be talking about those (sarcasm here) “awful antisemitic college kids.” Certainly the Israel war is a proxy war … fought with US weapons and U.S. tax-payer dollars by foreign fighters. And the current suppression of student protest and the rationale being force-fed to the American public at this moment in time, has an exactly parallel in the 1960s. Same tired arguments about preserving order and phony victims being intimidated or “feeling threatened.”
But let us not forget that the Ukraine War, called by some the Russo-Ukraine War, is the largest U.S. proxy war at the moment.
Time for a history lesson; an entertaining and visually compelling history lesson.
Some of you MAY have seen the documentary below; perhaps a few.. There have been repeated efforts to suppress it. For a while it was removed from Facebook. While it ispresent there at this moment, it does not show up on a simple search for the title even with “full documentary” included in the search. Facebook won’t show it to you with a simple search AND there are many decoy titles like Winter on Fire that are clever fakes designed to misdirect viewers into U.S. and Ukraine misinformation.
DON’T TRY TO SEARCH IT. You will have much better luck using the link provided here.
The authentic documentry linked below is a history of the conflict. Some of the early pre-modern history is covered, but it really drills down on Ukraine history starting with WWII and culminates with the 2014 Maidan “color revolution” overthrow that led to the conflict with Russia. The factual nature of this documentary is, we believe, unimpeachable. As always, any factual critique is welcome.
Just click the image or the “Watch on Youtube” on the warning page below it. The purpose of the warning wall is to reduce viewership, nothing else. There is no content that viewers will find any more shocking than the average cop show on cable. So, what is being suppessed? That’s the question. Watch it. Don’t miss it. You owe it to yourself. Watch it and then …

1960s: "if you don't support the Viet Nam War, you're a communist."
Now: "If you don't support the Israeli Zionist Project, you're an antisemite."
Now: "If you don't support the Ukraine Proxy-War, you're a Putin-lover."
We never learn.
Thanks for the recommendation! I see it's also available on Prime. But costs $3 to rent or $12 to purchase.
Yes, the suppression of dissent we're seeing now on campuses is quite disturbing for a supposedly free country.
